We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. For any return-related questions, you can always reach us at gavtoncycle@gmail.com.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at gavtoncycle@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?
Our 30-day return/exchange policy covers the following scenarios, with gavtoncycle.com refunding all shipping costs:
1. If we sent the wrong order or product, if you received any damaged items, or if the product you received is of poor quality or defective.
For our 30-day limited warranty return/exchange policy, the following reasons are covered, but return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility:
1. Choosing the wrong size of the product.
2. Change of mind, personal preference, or other personal reasons.
In cases where it is our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For customer-related choices, the customer is responsible for both return and exchange shipping fees, charged at 30% of the sale price.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
