- Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 7 to 20 business days after placing the order.
- Order Processing: All orders will be processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2 to 3 business days.
- In case of delays, such as a product being delayed in reaching the warehouse or logistics issues preventing timely shipping, we will contact you promptly via email.
- For holiday orders, we will process them within 5 days. If you have urgent orders, please reach out to us via email, and we will handle your request as quickly as possible.
During transit, we will track the logistics and inform you of the shipping method and order number upon dispatch. If there are any issues during transportation, such as loss, we will notify you immediately and arrange for a timely replacement. Rest assured, we will monitor your logistics information until you receive your order.
Our commonly used logistics partners include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, and China Post.

- We support shipping and delivery within North America, the EU, and the UK.
- If you reside elsewhere, please contact us at gavtoncycle@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find a solution. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), or freight forwarders.
- Taxes and Duties
- Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the price of the goods purchased from our website. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties required to receive their package. These fees are not collected by gavtoncycle.com, so we cannot provide specific amounts, nor can they be refunded. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.

- Updating Order Delivery
If you wish to change the address before the product is shipped, you can contact us via email, and we will update your order information to ensure accurate delivery. If you no longer want the product or wish to exchange it for another before it is shipped, please let us know, and we will cancel the order for you.
In-Transit Order Updates: If you want to update the address after the item has been shipped, please email us, and we will communicate with the logistics provider. A fee may be charged for changing the delivery location, and the address modification may not always be successful. Alternatively, we can provide you with a contact number to communicate directly with the courier (we recommend checking your order information carefully at the time of purchase to avoid unnecessary issues).
- Item Not Received (Lost in Transit)If you have never received the product you purchased, please rest assured that we will issue a replacement for you. Regarding the loss of the package, we will contact the logistics company to ensure that you receive the product you purchased.
